This Busiate Semi Integrale is an organic semi-whole wheat pasta from Sicily.
This traditional spiral pasta from Western Sicily is made by the Barbagallo family with organic durum wheat grown nearby. The wheat is milled on-site and shaped into pasta within 24 hours to keep its full flavour and vitality. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried for a firm, satisfying bite.
Pairs beautifully with pesto alla Trapanese, tomato sauces or a rustic ragù.
