Our Pasta di Grano Duro is crafted from carefully selected Sicilian organic durum wheat. The wheat is milled into semolina through 28 precise steps and transformed into dough within 24 hours. Pressed through bronze dies for an artisanal texture, our pasta is slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its flavour and nutrients.
